American made Elgin pocket watch, most likely used for the railways. Next to no scratches on the glass. The gold-plated opulent case is still very nice, although the back side has faded a bit by use. Uses blue steel hands and has a small separate second hand. Winding and setting time are smooth and the watch keeps good time. A very nice collector's piece. Will be very well packed and shipped insured with track&trace.
