Circa 1918, stem set and wind, fifteen jewels, grade 444, serial number 20846074, the decagonal gold open face case with floral motif bezel and with initials "OPM" to reverse, the signed gold-tone dial with black Arabic numeral hour markers, blued steel spade hands, and subsidiary second dial at 6:00 hour, the movement signed Lady Elgin and numbered, the case with marks for Keystone Watch Case Co., numbered 5463375, and marked 14K.
