At Elgin, active from 1864 to 1968, this movement corresponds to grade 813, listed in 1964: 11½ lines, 17 jewels, central seconds, automatic. The watch is in impeccable condition, truly superb and obviously worn infrequently. The leather strap is old, but has a beautiful crocodile finish. The Swiss-made Felsa 4000N movement has 30 jewels and a 44-hour power reserve. Screw-on lid.
