The original Certificate mentions that this watch was sold by Gioielleria Alberto Palma, Monza, Monza-Brianza (Italy), on October 1st, 1989. From the 1950s to the 2000s, Patek Philippe’s Certificates of Origin bore a four-letter code corresponding to the watch’s date of manufacture (end of production, ready for delivery to the customer). In this case, the letters “PHNS” correspond to May 1989.
