So this is a pretty cool vintage piece. This brand, Unver, is a Universal Geneve sub-brand that was formed to house the brand's sports pieces. You'll see some divers and chronographs with the Unver branding.
The Unver sub-brand, though, didn't really last all that long. There was not much need for it (Universal Geneve already had sports pieces, so why bother with ANOTHER brand?). The brand kind of faded into obscurity, but these Compressor divers that they issued are quite popular and good looking!
Talk about an odd-ball piece that will get some discussion!
