Vintage ROLEX Gurdless Submariner Ref.5508 Gild Service Dial
Serial number 488xxx 1958
Case = stainless steel case body has some scratches and wear. (please see the photos #10, #11)
Reference and serial number on the case showing a bit unclear. (please see the photo #16)
Caseback = stainless steel screw-down caseback has some scratches and wear.
Bezel = Insert bezel might have been replaced and has light scratches and wear. but looks good.
outer bezel has some scratches and wear.
Crystal = acrylic glass has some light scratches and wear.
Dial = The dial is Rolex service dial from the late 1960s, showing discoloration and wear of the age. (please see the photos #13, #14)
the markers are showing discoloration for the age but looks good.
Hands = hands has wear and discoloration for the age.
Movement = Cal.1530 automatic movement is in running condition, keeping accurate time.
Crown = crown has light wear.
Band = stainless steel band has scratches and wear. US Rolex made.
Box/papers = no box/no papers.
The diameter of the case is 37mm not including the crown.
The maximum length including the watch is about 7.7 in(19.5Cm).
The watch has been checked very carefully, but it is a pre-owned or vintage watch. so it has not been tested if it is still water resistant or not. please take care about the water.
