As for the DRSD, also the Great White presents an evolution, with at least five versions identified as Mark 0 to Mark 4. The first two series are very rare and can be recognized by the straight “ft” and “m” in the depth rating. All the later Marks will instead present italic fonts for these designations. Furthermore, Mark 1 dials – such as the present one – are distinguishable by the very small hole at the base of the Rolex crown. Mark1 dials can be found approximately up to serial number 6.2 M.
