Rolex Sea-Dweller 1665

Description

Vintage Rolex Double Red Sea-Dweller 1665

If you are looking at this ad then I am reasonably confident that you already know lots about Double Red Sea Dwellers! I have worn it off and on ever since. I always loved having a unique watch with the double red writing. I purchased this watch in Houston in 1980. I have worn it off and on ever since. It came with the lightweight folded wrist band that I no longer have. I always loved having a unique watch with the double red writing. In 1986 I had the watch serviced in Switzerland at Bucherer. They said my original dial was showing signs of corrosion and they replaced it with a service dial. Now I am told that my watch serial number identifies it as a Mark IV, but my replacement dial is actually a very rare Mark I ! I think that makes my watch even more fun and unique. Happy to answer any questions. I live in central Texas but go to Houston often and can meet at a Rolex dealer if you are interested. My watch has been serviced about 10 times in my 46 years of ownership. It works well and keeps good time.
