The name of the model comes from the bezel that rotates and returns to zero (Turn O). It is famously known that around 1956, a special order was made for a model with a rotating bezel for the retirement of the leader of the U.S. Air Force acrobatic team 'Thunderbirds,' which led to the nickname 'Thunderbird.' The watch has been overhauled and finished by our affiliated craftsman.
