Piaget 9025

Description

Piaget 9025 - Tiger Eye Stone Dial - Unpolished - PENDING

With the rise in popularity of Cartier in recent years, values for the brand have of course risen. For many, the barrier of entry into a simple 18k Tank Louis at the 5 digit level has become less justifiable. Naturally, collectors have been seeking value and as of late have re-discovered Piaget's vintage offerings. Given their use of stone dials, we believe that Piaget should not be overlooked in the hunt for the perfect dress watch. Stone dials are beautiful, elegant and add a level of organic depth to a piece that can't be replicated. The are, of course, unique by example and in other brands like Rolex can drive up pricing for a model by multiple times. We're sure many Cartier collectors wish they were used! It should also be noted that Piaget's ultra thin 9P movement was leveraged for most of these pieces, as well as in many of the pre-CPCP and CPCP Cartier! Launched in 1957, it was a major development for the brand's history. At 2mm, it was the thinnest manual-wind caliber produced to date. This circular shaped dress watch features an absolutely stunning tiger eye stone dial that is devoid of any cracks or chips. The watch appears in excellent and unpolished condition and comes with its 18k Piaget signed buckle to match the case. It comes on the ultra high quality green gator strap pictured. This is truly a head turning piece which we believe can be unisex as it displays roughly the same wrist presence as the popular Protocole models. Dial: Phenomenal preservation with no chips or cracks. Hands: Are matching. Case: Appears unpolished with very sharp edges deep and hallmarks. Correct unsigned crown. Bracelet: Ultra high quality glossy gator strap. 18k Piaget buckle. Crystal: Clear. The movement is running nicely on our timegrapher and comes with our 1 year mechanical warranty.Piaget 9025 - Tiger Eye Stone Dial - Unpolished - PENDING $ 5,900 Basic Info Listing code ISXZX0 Brand Piaget Reference number 9025 Dealer product code 47217628086548 Movement Manual winding Year of production 1980 (Approximation) Scope of delivery No original box, no original papers Location United States of America, Connecticut, Stamford Price $5,900 Availability Item is in stock Caliber Movement Manual winding Caliber/movement 9P Case Case diameter 30 mm Try it on With the rise in popularity of Cartier in recent years, values for the brand have of course risen.
