Panerai Submersible “Bronzo”

This watch has developed an incredible patina as the bronze case has oxidised. The watch is designed to patina in this fashion and utilises an alloy that is 92% copper and 8% tin to assist the development of the blue-greenish oxidisation over time.
Panerai were the first adopters of the current era of bronze watches with the wildly popular PAM 382 in 2011. This made the Bronzo arguably the most iconic and collectable modern Panerai.
This fourth iteration of the Bronzo has been refined over time and includes the very complementary combination of bronze, brown dial and brown ceramic dive bezel. This colourway is enhanced by the beige lumed hour markers, gold surrounds and the gold hands.
The watch is 300m water resistant, thanks to the Panerai signature crown guard. The water resistance is achieved even with an exhibition case back, through which you can view the automatic P.9010 movement with its 72 hour power reserve. The case back is in titanium to protect the wearers skin.
The movement includes an independently adjustable hour hand making it easy to adjust the time when travelling, by quickly moving the hour hand without disturbing the minute hand.
Full set including box, papers, inner and outer boxes and 2 straps. The box is a very attractive black polymer and includes a watch tool to assist with quick strap changes, using the conveniently drilled lugs.
The dial is perfect and the changes to the case are from patina and not scratches or dings. The patina can be reversed if desired.
