This watch was created to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the "Silver Snoopy Award" presented by NASA astronauts in 1970. Snoopy on the command ship is featured on the magic hand that rotates when the chronograph function is used. There is also a disc on the back in the shape of the earth, which rotates once a minute in conjunction with the watch's small seconds.
