Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch "Apollo XVII"

An extremely rare, limited edition wrist chronograph, produced in a limited edition of 1,972 pieces to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the last lunar mission in December 1972. The Speedmaster, which accompanied astronauts on all six moon landings, is one of Omega's most legendary timepieces. To mark the 40th anniversary of the last moon mission in December 1972, Omega is presenting a model limited to 1,972 pieces. The Speedmaster Moonwatch 'Apollo XVII' features an embossed sterling silver dial bearing the Apollo XVII mission emblem. The dial features a small seconds dial, as well as 30-minute and 12-hour counters, and a central chronograph hand that is not immediately apparent at first glance. The black bezel features an aluminium tachymeter ring. The 42 mm stainless steel case is paired with a matching bracelet. The chronograph is powered by Omega's mechanical, hand-wound calibre 1861 movement.
