The Big Bang launched in 2005, and soon emerged as Hublot’s flagship model and as a platform for exotic and daring design experiments. This Aero Bang example features a 44mm case made from scratch-resistant ceramic, with composite inserts on the flanks and a brushed ceramic bezel. The openworked dial shows some the movement's key components underneath, tying into this watch's sporty aesthetic. Powering the watch is the Hublot Caliber HUB 4214, a self-winding movement providing a 42-hour power reserve when fully wound. Attached to the case is a black rubber strap with a black alligator inlay and deployant clasp.
