Manufacturer: Heuer Year of Manufacture: 1968 Model: Carrera 2447NST 'Reverse Panda' Serial Number: 93261 Movement: Heuer signed Valjoux 72, manual winding Material: Stainless Steel Case size: 36mm (excluding crown) Lug width: 18mm Description: This is one of the most desirable variants of the Heuer Carrera - the 2447NST. The ’N’ stands for ‘noir’, denoting a black dial. The ’S’ stands for silver sub-dials and the ’T’ stands for tachymeter scale. Provenance: This watch is 100% original and comes from the original owner who purchased it in the U.K. He used it for a few years and then put it away and proceeded to forget about it for the next few decades. Crown, movement and inner case back are all signed Heuer as they should be for this reference. Movement: My watchmaker fully serviced this 2447NST in February 2021 and it is running excellent. Chronograph pushers are crisp and responsive, start/stop/reset functions all working perfectly. Dial: Dial is in perfect condition and looks factory fresh. Lume: Original lume on the hands and indices is still in original creamy white condition and has not degraded or disappeared at all. Case: The case is completely unpolished and retains nice, thick and sharp edges. There are visible scratches and dings on the case, most noticeably on the lower right lug. This doesn't detract from the beauty of the watch however - just check out that wrist shot! Crystal: Some light scratches on the crystal, but not noticeable unless you strain your eyes. Accessories: Comes on a vintage new old stock Bambi/Oscar jubilee style bracelet - a high quality Japanese bracelet. Price is not negotiable if dealing through Chrono24.
