Heuer Vintage TAG HEUER 1000 980.006N Jumbo Black Submarine 844 Style Dive Watch
This is the final iteration of the "jumbo" diver based on the original Heuer 844 Monin case design, but with a quartz movement. This example is completely original (dial, hands, bezel, bracelet, movement) and unpolished. Watch shows many small scratches and nicks commensurate with regular use but with no major dents or defects. Faint scratches on the original mineral crystal. The original TAG Heuer jubilee bracelet has noticeable stretch, but functions well and completely functional, presently sized for a 7" wrist with no extra links. Watch is rated 200M (20 ATM) water resistance but has not been worn in over 20 years and would need new gaskets and pressure testing before submerging in water. Needs new battery.
