Headed by Maximillian Busser (CEO of Harry Winston Watches before founding MB&F), the series witnessed a wide array of exceptionally innovated timepieces. The Opus V was launched in 2005 in collaboration with Felix Baumgartner (co-founder and master watchmaker of Urwerk) and was one of the most sought after examples from the Opus series. Introduced as limited editions encased in pink gold and platinum with 45 examples made for each, 7 examples were encased in brilliant-cut diamond-set cases and 3 rare examples with baguette-cut diamond-set cases.
