Cartier Santos Carree 2961 Slate Gray Grey Gunmetal Manaus Case
This watch tells its story by the case: A Manaus case means that it was planned to be exported to Brazil via Manaus and therefore we have these additional hallmarks on the back. Take a look at the dial: Here we have a super nice patina, the grey changed into a warm goldengrey tone, which might was because of the weather in Brazil. Now this watch is back in the EU and ready to be worn!
About the watch: Case and bezel are super nice, thick and the chamfers and crown guards very present and fat. The dial is looking good, same for the hands. As you can see by the caseback, which shows the individual number and hall marks quite well, this watch has not been or little been polished.
The bracelet has some stretch, but is wearable. Clasp is working and the condition matches the watch.
The watch is running great on the wrist, it winds and really is accurate. Since the service history is not know, feel free to ask for a service if you want to have one.
