I have owned this beautiful watch since new. For the past few years it has been sat languishing in a box and has been worn very infrequently which is why I am reluctantly offering it for sale. I am simply not wearing it enough and I am sure it will make someone else very happy. It has just returned from a full Breitling service, precisely because it had been languishing in a box for so long that as a consequence the battery became fully discharged and leaked into the internals. During a full service by Breitling, the watch is fully stripped down, all the pushers and lugs are replaced, the case & strap is cleaned/polished and as you can see from the photographs the watch is returned in essentially new condition. As a result of the battery fully discharging & leaking into the the watch internals, they have been completely replaced so you are effectively getting a brand new watch. The pusher and rotary crown are super-smooth (better than before to be honest!) and all functions including the backlight and chime work perfectly. The paperwork for the service will be included and rest assured that if you have any problems at all with the watch, it has a full warranty from Breitling for a year, which is on the watch, and therefore fully transferable. ANY issues with the watch will be rectified by Breitling free of charge within the warranty period. It comes complete with the outer box (which has a tear along one seam), the original papers, Bakelite box, leatherette pouch (which is showing signs of age) and another Breitling case (with a Breitling branded cleaning cloth) which was used to transport the watch during its recent service. I have listed the watch at a price which I consider to be reasonable given its condition and the recent service.
