Just as the Reverso and Cartier Basculante are admired for their interactive case designs, the Reflet has its unique design which they patented in the mid 1940s. This example is very attractive and features a beautiful 18k rose gold Clous de Paris (or hobnail) case. The case appears to be unpolished and measures 25mm lug-to-lug and 31mm in width.
