The Reflet was originally created in 1947 as a elongated rectangular watch that celebrated both novel shapes and textures, as seen in the barleycorn pattern applied throughout this watch's case, dial and bezel. Keeping with the theme of maximalism, the gold applied numerals are relatively large and distinctively shaped, alternative between rectangles and circles. The clasp is a unique designed patented by Boucheron, and is deceptively simple.
