When not being worn has been kept in a humidity controlled safe. There are small signs of wear on the front, top edge of the case but I have not seen the need to have any professional polishing carried out to reduce these. At present I do not have the original box as it is in personal item storage whilst I am overseas - I hope to be able to retrieve this at the beginning of 2026, along with the original papers. I had a Equus tan leather commissioned and fitted on 19th May 2019, at a cost of £172.00. The original Lange stamped gold buckle was transferred to the new strap. The new strap has enhanced the look of the watch and is in good condition. The sole reason for my selling the watch is I have now few occasions when I can use it for dress wear.
