The highly oscillating El Primero 3620 SK self-winding movement, which is accurate to 1/10th of a second, can be seen with the 1/10th of a second hand driven directly from the escapement beating at 5 Hz (36'000 vibrations per hour). In other words, this makes it possible to display the time to the nearest tenth of a second. The Defy Skyline Skeleton is the first and only skeletonized watch to feature this exceptional function. It is equipped with a highly efficient bi-directional automatic winding mechanism that provides a power reserve of approximately 60 hours.
