ZENITH Cairelli CP-2 AMI Military The Cairelli CP-2 short for 'cronometro da polso' or 'wrist chronometer' was bought from the Rome based retailer and issued to the Italian Airforce in the 1960s, surplus models being sold to the general public. Only 2,500 were thought to have been produced, with even less actually being issued to the ‘Aeronautica Militaire Italiana’ and baring the AMI markings on the case back as with this piece.
