You can buy from us with confidence. A vintage Zenith Captain Chronometer in 18k rose gold, crafted circa 1956. The 36.6 mm round unpolished case with slight tapered lugs holds a satin-finished rose gold colored dial with dauphine indices, hands and a polished outer ring with beaded minute track, and a date aperture at the 3 o’clock. The notched crown has the Zenith star emblem, the plating has worn out revealing a silver finish. The same star emblem is present on the tang buckle, and is paired with a black leather strap. The 11.5 mm thick profile in conjunction with the lustrous rose gold design creates a statement on the wrist, the color shifting in different lighting. A beautiful addition to a vintage collection, serving well for either a man or woman. Crown plating is worn, scratches and nicks throughout. Nicks on case back.
