Introduced in 2021, the Zenith Defy Extreme is a rugged take on the Defy 21. The angular case of the Zenith Defy Extreme measures 45mm across, at a height of 15.4mm. It is water resistant up to 200 meters. The robust lines of the case are echoed in the big and bold pushers. Like with the Defy 21, the movement inside is the El Primero 9004. This self-winding movement has a second escapement just for the chronograph action, which beats at 360.000bph. The movement can be seen both through the back as well as through the smoked-sapphire dial.

Reference 97.9100.9004/02.I001 has a titanium case and black accents on the movement. It comes with a bracelet and two additional straps.
