In fact the model dates back before the Asian giant invicta's acquisition of the Glycine brand. This is easily noticed by viewing the logo on the dial which is not the eagle or the later with silkscreened crown but is the one with applied crown. Also after the acquisition of the brand the movements were sellita sw200, while this pre invicta version features the eta 2824 movement (you can tell by the jewel number 25 and not 26 are written on the winding rotor).Finally, the bracelet is fully satin-finished unlike the post invicta models that feature the 2 central links polished to a mirror finish. I urge everyone to check the web... it is virtually impossible to find such a piece unless you want to settle for the 42 or 44 mm version (a frying pan...). This model is perfect for those looking for a rugged military style but in a more compact size, suitable for any wrist type. It travels perfectly as a cosc, with an average deviation of 2 seconds and a Beat Error of 0.2! The heart of the watch is the GL224 automatic movement, based on the prestigious eta 2824, famous for its reliability and precision over time.
