De Ventura Sparc RX is een 360 graden draaibare variant op het eerste automatische digitale horloge ter wereld (de Sparc PX). Het door Ventura ontwikkelde uurwerk brengt met behulp van de zogenaamde micro-generator de energie over van het automatische systeem naar een permanente batterij. Hannes Wettstein kreeg de opdracht deze technologie een gezicht te geven; zijn Sparc PX is een eerbetoon aan het allereerste Ventura horloge, een ontwerp van Flemming Bo Hansen in 1989. Dit horloge is onderdeel van de permanente collectie van het Museum of Modern Art New York en talrijke andere Museum-collecties. Deze variant is later ontworpen door Paolo Fancelli die o.a. garant stond voor de futuristische Sigma. Dit model is uitgevoerd in edelstaal met een Durinox stalen band en voorzien van saffierglas. Ook het uurwerk is aan de achterkant zichtbaar achter saffierglas. Waterdicht getest tot een druk van 30 meter onder water. The Ventura Sparc RX is a 360-degree rotatable variant of the world's first automatic digital watch (the Sparc PX). The timepiece developed by Ventura transfers the energy from the automatic system to a permanent battery with the help of the so-called micro-generator. Hannes Wettstein was tasked with giving this technology a face; his Sparc PX is a tribute to the very first Ventura watch, designed by Flemming Bo Hansen in 1989. This watch is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art New York and numerous other Museum collections. This variant was later designed by Paolo Fancelli who, among other things, was responsible for the futuristic Sigma. This model is made of stainless steel with a Durinox steel strap and features sapphire glass. The movement is also visible at the back behind sapphire glass.
