An extremely fine, rare and decorative 18K gold, enamel and pearl-set openface centre seconds cylinder watch, made for the Chinese market Signed Vaucher, Fleurier, no. 1364, circa 1835 Chinese calibre finely chased and engraved entirely floral and scroll decorated gilt-finished cylinder movement, glazed dust cover, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, centre seconds, circular case, pearl-set bezel, rim, pendant and bow, alternating pink and green champlevé enamel decorated band, the back decorated with a polychrome enamel bouquet of flowers made by using two different enamel techniques, champlevé and painted enamel, dial signed, movement signed and numbered 52 mm. diam.
