Model reference 81578 / 000G-9353. 38 mm 18ct white gold case with diamond set bezel, housing a Vacheron Constantin in-house calibre 1400 hand-wound movement, 20 jewels, 40 hour power reserve. Silvered dial with diamond set markers and dauphine faceted hands, and sapphire crystal glass. Grey aligator strap with an 18ct white gold pin buckle closure. Comes together with box and swing tag, partial paperwork and additonal black alligator strap.
