The Jumbo 222 ref. 44018 was introduced in 1977 to mark the 222nd anniversary of Vacheron Constantin. This model was produced in a limited number of only 500 examples in steel. The watch has a 37mm one-piece stainless steel case topped with a unique scalloped bezel and a sapphire crystal. It has a signed Maltese cross crown and a matte dark grey dial with Tritium-coated baton hour markers and hands that now show a beautiful patina. The date window is at 3 o'clock.
