The hours and minutes are displayed on triangular prisms that appear to levitate inside two transparent cylinders on the front of the watch. The digital hour display is on the left. Each of the 12 numerals is engraved and filled with Super-LumiNova. On the right, the same system displays the minutes, which jump in five-minute increments. The UR-112’s movement nestles inside a titanium hunter case that has a hinged protective cover. Pressing pushers on either side of the case unlocks the cover, which springs up to reveal an elaborate display of digital seconds. Etched on tiny silicon wafer disks, the petite numerals parade under a magnifying lens beside the UR-112’s only analog display, a 48-hour power-reserve indicator. Beautiful and elegant, the titanium case has a matte finish that covers the anthracite body and the black sides and cover. This first edition UR-112 Aggregat is limited to 25 pieces.
