Based off the more common Uni-Compax collection produced by the firm, the Medico-Compax features a two-register chronograph and a rare red pulsometer scale on the outer track of the dial adorned by collectors. To calculate heartrate, the wearer simply has to count 15 beats and stop the chronograph to get the equivalent heart rate per minute. Remarkably well preserved, and a desirable variant among the Compax lineage, the present example is cased in the larger 38mm diameter stainless steel and paired with an exquisite dial in superb condition. The luminous Arabic numeral hour markers have aged with a warm yellow patina and reacts perfectly under the geiger counter.
