The movement on this timepeice was overhauled August 2025. The watch is suitable for accurate daily use. This was a full overhaul including complete movement disassembly, cleaning, lubrication and regulation. The rotor axle is in exceptional shape on this example and is not worn like many are. Only part replaced during service was the caseback gasket. The timepiece is all original except the leather band. Watch is in excellent condition. Gorgeous original silver dial with vertically brushed finish. Original UG screw down crown. Some scratches on case and patina in keeping with age. Caseback has wear making it difficult to makeout serial and reference (like most of these). The Ref 869115/05 with it screw down crown was a succesful attempt to make a more robust Polerouter. Elegant with a more solid feel compared to earlier models.
