This is a pretty rare variant of the Compax. The lightly-patinaed champagne dial features both an outer tachymeter scale in blue and an inner telemetre scale in red. This dial was also used on the rare UG Exercito Brasileiro, which was a military variant. Diameter: 34.5mm Lug-to-lug: 41mm Case Height: 11.75mm Lug width: 20mm It features the manually wound Universal Calibre 285 movement, with a column wheel and horizontal clutch. The serial # dates the watch to 1945. The watch sets, winds and runs. The chronograph starts, stops and resets properly. The reset pusher must be pressed *firmly* to reset the chronograph correctly. I do not have any service records, box or papers for this watch. The package will include the watch on a Hirsch (genuine) alligator strap.
