This is Ulysee Nardin 18K gold Marine Chronograph 1506-150. This is a large watch measuring 43 mm in diameter by 50 mm in length and 15 mm in thickness. The dial has a look of fine silver with large applied gold Arabic numerals. All hands appear as blackened steel. The hands showing 30 minutes elapsed time and a 12 hour totalizer have red tips. Inner tachymeter scale. Reeded bezel. I love the hidden lugs. The rubber band attaches with a steel pin which screws into the lug. The gold screws on each side just cover this thick steel pin. The crown is a screw in type crown for a better water resistance. On the 9 side of the case there is a small plaque with number 015. There is a small ding on the reeded bezel above the left plaque screw. Exhibition back covered with synthetic sapphire allows one to see the Ulysee Nardin automatic movement cal. UN150. It has 25 jewels and the rotor is made of 22K gold for better winding. The back case cover is secured tightly in place by 6 screws. The deployant clasp has two 18K gold pieces which allow one to elongate the length of the band by up to 3/8th of an inch. Presently the band is set to fit 7.5 inch wrist. Can be adjusted to fit 7.75 inch. The part of the deployant which is hidden from view when the watch is worn is made of titanium. This is a very smart choice of metal. Titanium has a low specific gravity, about 1/3rd of 18K gold and is very strong. This watch has more gold than Rolex President 18038 with a gold bracelet!! By my calculation there is close to $18,000 worth of gold value alone here!!! The other Ulysee Nardin of same model being offered here on Ebay has a lot less gold!!! The retail price of this watch when first issued was over $30,000! This was when the price of gold was much lower than it is today. All functions working fine and the watch is keeping good time. There is a minute ding on the side of the reeded bezel on the left side. We have been selling fine and collectible watches on E-Bay for over 28 years.
