Description

Tudor Heritage Black Bay Blue Ref:79230B

Here we have a 2017 Pre-Owned Tudor Heritage Black Bay Blue. The 79230B is widely regarded as a modern classic, bridging vintage aesthetics with modern, in-house technical specifications, and is often favoured for its versatility and robust, slightly chunky feel on the wrist. The design merges vintage diving aesthetics with modern construction and precision. Case: A 41mm diameter Stainless Steel Polished and Brushed case with a screw in case back. Featuring a distinct matte blue aluminum bezel insert with subtle micro-knurling for grip and a large signed screw in crown with the Tudor Rose engraved. The case is approximately 14.8mm thick, 50mm lug-to-lug, and 22mm lug width. Dial: A wonderfully clean matte black dial with large lumed silver edged dot and baton markers and iconic snowflake hands. Unlike early 79220 models, the 79230B features 'Chronometer Officially Certified' text at 6 o'clock instead of the 'smiley' curved text. This is all covered with a domed sapphire crystal. Movement: The heart of this watch is the Tudor caliber MT5602. This is a true no-date 3-hander automatic with a Certified Chronometer (COSC) rating. It is equipped with a bidirectional rotor system and variable inertia balance, micro-adjustment by screw. This caliber also features a non-magnetic silicon balance spring. It features 25 jewels, runs at 28800 vibrations per minute and has a power reserve of 70 hours. Strap/Bracelet: The watch is secured to the wrist with a rivet style Stainless Steel bracelet with a fold over signed security clasp, also comes with a brand new Tudor Blue Nato Strap. The watch comes with the original outer and inner box, International Guarantee Card, original Tudor Tag, Guarantee Booklet, User Manual, Black Leatherette Card Wallet and a brand new Tudor ‘Tiss Bleu’ Nato Strap. This watch has been checked and certified as clear by ‘The Watch Register’ the Global Database of Lost, Stolen and Counterfeit Watches. This database covers a broad range of incidents including robberies, burglaries, snatches, frauds, postal losses, accidental losses and fakes. Watch working on test. The Timegrapher Weishi 1900 results are excellent (see photos). The condition of this watch is excellent for its age with wear and tear commensurate with careful ownership and minimal use. (please refer to the photographs). Please note that the movement has not been professionally tested for the accuracy of time and may need a service at the buyer's expense.
