Introduced in 1963 by Tag Heuer, the Carrera was specifically crafted for professional drivers, embodying the brand`s commitment to innovation and performance. Conceived by Jack Heuer, the Carrera quickly gained acclaim for its sleek design and advanced chronograph features, becoming synonymous with the world of motorsports. Introduced in 2019 and discontinued in 2024, this iteration of the Carrera Heuer 02, reference CBG2A91.FT6173 successfully maintains the essence of the iconic Carrera while boasting a uniquely standout style through a contemporary design revision. Encased within a stunning black 45mm carbon fibre case adorned with sharp faceted lugs and matching black carbon fibre bezel with tachymeter scale. The skeleton dial hosts three chronograph sub-dials positioned at 12, 9, and 6 o`clock, accented in silver, alongside baton hour markers and hands featuring Superluminova for enhanced legibility, with a discreet date window positioned at between 4/5 o`clock. Shielded by a domed sapphire crystal and driven by the automatic Calibre 02 chronograph movement which can be viewed through the exhibition caseback. Lastly, the watch is completed by a black rubber strap and secured with a black Tag Heuer deployment buckle.
Originally purchased in June 2022 and in unworn condition with stickers still present on the buckle, supplied as a full and complete set with everything it was originally supplied with, including its original inner and outer boxes, instruction booklet, retail stickers, warranty holder and international warranty card.
