Description
Suunto Dive Computer, Suunto D9 is a water resistant dive computer that doubles as a watch, up to 200m. It combines all dive-critical information – such as depth, time, tank pressure, temperature, decompression status and direction –all in one instrument. With optional wireless air integration, gas switching for up to 3 nitrox mixes, a full featured watch and an integrated compass, the Suunto D9 is everything you need both on the surface and while diving. This computer incorporates 4 easy to use push buttons which include a display that advises and guides the user through the settings. All this plus an operational depth to 100 m and the Suunto D9 is the complete package for divers with any level of ability. The Suunto D9 dive computer enables the diver to turn the wireless air integration on or off and typical of the Sunnto computers there are loads of other user definable features the diver can setup according to their specific dive situation. The dive computer displays all the key data you need to see while diving, and depending on how much detail you require in your diving environment, there are alternative screens accessible by simply pressing the UP/DOWN buttons. Like the Suunto D6 dive computer, there is also a Continuous Decompression feature which the Suunto D9 uses to perfectly manage required decompression stops by showing you the Ceiling Depth, Ceiling Range and Total Ascent Time. lets you view your Surface Interval, No Fly Warning and review any violations that might have occurred during your dive such as mandatory safety stop omissions. Also available to you is a planning feature to assist you in preparing for any repetitive dives, and you can view the dive log which has a high capacity profile memory. During your pre-dive setup it’s possible to adjust the dive profile sampling rate which is preset to 20 seconds, but changeable to 1, 10, 30 or 60 seconds, remembering that the sampling rate chosen affects the number of dives which can be stored on-board.
