The Super-Squale model was born to be a skin diver: with a water resistance of 200 meters, a 38-millimeter diameter case and a width of only 45mm, the Super Squale has been designed to be as lightweight as possible during dives, with or without a wetsuit. The new Super-Squale models are not only paying homage to the past: the versions faithful to the originals are flanked by totally new models that have a modern feel but maintain all the necessary features for diving. In the 1960s, diving watch crystals were made of plexiglass, a resistant but easily scratched material. Today, the models in the Super-Squale collection are equipped with a double-domed sapphire crystal, essential to avoid any distortion in terms of legibility, while maintaining the vintage charm of the iconic case.
