This watch is a 38.5mm case. This is a full set as shown in the pictures so it comes with box, extra links and papers from the original owner. There are two small scuffs on the bezel (shown in the pictures and located at approximately 2 o'clock and 7 o'clock), otherwise very light wear from use and the sapphire crystal is in great shape. I am the second owner of this watch and have had it for about 3-4 years wearing it sparingly at the work office a couple times a month.
