This steel King Seiko 4502-7010 is in good condition.
Its satin brushed case is in good order and not overly polished,
similarly, its textured dial is in good condition, with minimal patina and no corrosion.
There are minor abrasions on the case and crystal, a rare condition for a vintage timepiece.
The "KS" signed crown and gold Daini medallion are originals as well.

Emphasizing difference from its close straight-laced 7000-type brethen,
a slightly different approach from the "grammar of design" has been applied onto this KS.

(the last hand-built King Seiko AND also the last with such movements from Daini).
This line was produced from the height of the classic mechanical watch period through the quartz crisis
before petering out and ending production in the early 1970's.
All featured simple faces and hands and a golden "KS" medallion on the case back, a feature later removed.
