The silver sunburst dial is in mint condition, with steel Seiko and KS logos and railroad style steel hour markers with black contrast, double at 12 o’clock. The faceted dauphine hands are in fine condition, with the characteristic black center stripe. The stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear, perhaps most prominent a mark at around 8 o’clock. The large stainless case with the original KS crown and sloping lugs is in very fine condition with light wear, most pronounced at the lugs and along the sharp edges of the case. The stainless steel case back has a well preserved KS engraving and is in very fine condition. The case does not appear to ever have been polished. The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality. Inside the watch, Seiko’s high grade 5621B movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in August 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
