Seiko KS Chronometer Officially Certified 5626-7170 from July 1973. With its dark grey linen dial and silver applied markers and logo, this King Seiko is a beautiful timepiece and a great everyday watch. It is one of the rarest KS reference on the market. This exemple is in almost perfect condition. The dial, hands and original faceted crystal are in mint condition without any signs of wear. The case is also in fantastic condition - almost no visible scratches around. The 25 jewels 5626 Hi-beat movement is a 28800bph automatic with manual winding & hacking. It runs great through the day with no more than +-20s/day. The kanji/english calendar can be operated manually and automatically with no issues. The only downside is that the original bracelet is on the short side, measuring 17cm but a stainless steel buckle extension will be added to accommodate a larger wrist.
