Seiko Professional Diver 300M / 61 Diver 6159-7001 #080 Condition The belt is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. There are scratches on the glass surface, minor scratches on the bezel insert, and slight corrosion on the hands and indices. As this is a vintage watch, there are other signs of aging, as well as overall scuffs, scratches, and minor dents, but it is in good condition for a vintage watch. The Seiko vintage diver's watch "Ref. 6159-7001," commonly known as the "61 Diver," was released in 1968. It is famous for being worn by adventurer Naomi Uemura when he summited Mount Everest. This particular timepiece features a 44mm stainless steel case and a black dial with striking gold accents. It is equipped with the automatic caliber "6159A." Please note that the attached original rubber strap and pin buckle are from a later period. This watch has been recently overhauled by our store.
