Swiss. This historic stainless steel Oyster is a true collector’s piece, featuring a caseback inscribed for a member of the Royal Canadian Engineers. It utilizes a 17-ruby jewel manual-winding movement and a refinished silver dial with bold black Arabic numerals. The "Oyster Patent" crown is in excellent condition, though the luminous hands show light oxidation consistent with age. It is finished with a like-new black genuine leather band. The caseback screws down tight, preserving its rugged military heritage. Without box or papers. Engraved, "P22271 D. Parrott R.C.E. May 1945.", on caseback.
