Rolex Submariner (No Date) Vintage Submariner (Meters First)
We are proud to present this iconic Rolex Submariner Non-date watch for sale in good condition for its age, fully checked and authenticated in our accredited workshop.
Launched in 1962 and produced until 1989 the 5513 is the longest production version of the Non-date Submariner ever produced, which is a testament to its versatility and wearability. While the date feature with a cyclops lens has always polarized fans of the model, the non-date offers a pure, symmetrical divers watch experience that is clear and legible whatever conditions the watch is faced with.
A must-see for vintage Rolex fans, this Submariner comes set in the classic 40mm solid stainless steel Oyster case with pin-hole lugs. It has the classic black bi-rotational (pre-bezel ratchet) bezel insert with contrasting silver divers scale. The matte black dial features ‘Serif’ text and `meters` first dial printing, as well as tritium hour markers and hands which have aged nicely and have developed a lovely creamy patina. The dial is protected by a domed acrylic plexi-glass and the watch is fitted with a screw-down crown for a water resistance of 20atm (200m/660ft). It is powered by the automatic calibre 1520 automatic movement and it comes fitted on the classic folded steel Oyster link bracelet with folding sports clasp.
Originally manufactured in 1968 and in good condition, the watch comes supplied with our branded watch roll.
