Rolex “Red Sub” Submariner Reference 1680 Full Set

This Rolex Submariner reference 1680 is an awesome sports watch dating to circa late 1972 with a 2.9M serial number. The watch features the correct “Red Sub” dial, which has taken a warm patina on the tritium luminous material. The case has been polished in the past. The watch is paired on a later 78360 Oyster bracelet with 580 end links dating to circa 1984. It comes with box and papers. We do not know the service history but it is running well. It just passed a water resistance test of 5 bars.
