Rolex Submariner Date 16610LV

Description

Rolex Ref. 16610LV Submariner, “Kermit”

A virtually “new old stock” stainless steel diver’s wristwatch with original protective stickers, date, bracelet, hang tags, guarantee, and presentation box. In celebration of the Submariner’s 50th anniversary in 2003, Rolex introduced the reference 16610LV fitted with a striking green bezel aptly nicknamed by collectors as “The Kermit” reminiscent of the beloved Muppet character “Kermit the Frog”. A departure from the traditional black bezel, the green model became a global phenomenon and highly collectible since it was first offered in the marketplace. The present “Z” series Submariner from 2006 is offered in virtually new, unworn condition and retains its factory plastic wrap and case back sticker. The watch is complete with its full suite of accessories including numbered hang tag. The Submariner is an iconic tool watch first introduced in 1953 and has remained one of the most desirable wristwatches in the market today. This is a very rare opportunity to own a stickered, virtually new “Kermit”.
