Although the bracelet may have been altered to fit the original buyer’s wrist size, this Rolex watch comes with all of the standard links. If necessary, the bracelet can be altered to fit your wrist prior to shipment. Please provide us with your wrist information prior we dispatch your order. For those with other Rolex watches that use the jubilee bracelet, please provide information on the number of links on each side. If this is the buyer's first Rolex watch with a jubilee bracelet, provide wrist size and we'll take care of it. Every link that has been removed (according to your sizing request) will be included in the package along with everything else.
Due to Rolex manufacturing and distributing its watches across various global markets, our collection is sourced internationally as well. As a result, the manual booklet included with some watches may be in a language other than English. Please rest assured, that this in no way impacts the authenticity of the watch. To accommodate your purchase, we are pleased to offer a PDF version of the manual in English upon request. All domestic shipments are absolutely free of charge and fully insured for security purposes.
All domestic orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after your payment has been confirmed by Chrono24.

There is a 24-48 Hour processing time window for all new orders, excluding weekends and national US holidays.
All eligible purchases are subject to state and local taxes.
WARRANTY
In addition to the International Warranty from the Manufacturer, all timepieces are covered with a 2-year Limited Warranty on the watch's movement. It does not cover loss, damage, water, theft, or other force majeure events. Any damage caused by negligence or mishandling of the watch and/or its caliber is also not covered. In case International Manufacturer's Warranty has the beginning date, you will get the balance of it. The in-house warranty starts on the day of your purchase.
RETURNS
We only accept returns if the reason is that you received the item not as described in its original listing. In this unlikely event, we will take the timepiece back if you have returned it within the allowed timeframe, in the same condition you received it.
